James J. Ritchie - Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer
James J. Ritchie has been the Chairman of the Board since 2015 and a member of our Board since 2014. Mr. Ritchie also serves as a member of the board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Kinsale Capital Group, Ltd. since January 2013. Mr. Ritchie's former board experience includes: member of the board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of Ceres Group, Inc.; member and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and member of the compensation committee of Fidelity & Guaranty Life Insurance Company; member of the board and member of the audit and compensation committees of KMG America Corporation; member of the board, Chairman of the Audit Committee and member of the compensation committee of Lloyd's Syndicate 4000; and member and Non-Executive Chairman of the Board and former Chairman of the Audit Committee of Quanta Capital Holdings Ltd. From 2001 until his retirement in 2003, Mr. Ritchie served as Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer of White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd.'s OneBeacon Insurance Company, a specialty insurance company, and as the Group Chief Financial Officer for White Mountains Insurance Group, Ltd., a financial services holding company. From 1986 through 2000, Mr. Ritchie held various positions with CIGNA Corporation, an insurance company, including Chief Financial Officer of the company's international division.
Linda Tilton Gibson - Executive Vice President and Head of Global Distribution
Linda Gibson is an Executive Vice President and Head of Global Distribution. She oversees global distribution, marketing and communications. Linda has been with OMAM since 2000 and has held various executive positions including Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Head of Affiliate Management and General Counsel.
Prior to joining OMAM in 2000, Linda served as Senior Vice President and Senior Counsel of Signature Financial Group, Inc. (formerly a division of Massachusetts Financial Services Company). Linda received her Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law, is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and holds a BA in mathematics from Bates College.
Stephen H. Belgrad - Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
Steve Belgrad is an Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Steve's responsibilities include finance, corporate development, legal, and IT / Operations. Steve also chairs OMAM's Seed Capital Committee.
Previously, Steve was the Chief Financial Officer of HarbourVest Global Private Equity Limited (HVPE), a closed-end investment company which has a dual listing on the London Stock Exchange and Euronext. Steve also held positions at Affiliated Managers Group in the New Investments area and was Senior Vice President and Treasurer at Janus Capital Group. Steve received a BA in Economics (cum laude) from Princeton University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Aidan J. Riordan - Executive Vice President and Head of Affiliate Management
Aidan Riordan is an Executive Vice President and Head of Affiliate Management. He is responsible for the oversight and development of OMAM's portfolio of Affiliate firms. Aidan represents OMAM on Affiliate boards and assists in strategic planning, capital investment, mergers and acquisitions and new investments.
Aidan has over 15 years of experience in private equity and investment banking. Prior to joining OMAM, Aidan was a Partner at Calvert Street Capital Partners, a middle market private equity firm, and has held positions with Castle Harlan, Inc. and Merrill Lynch in the real estate investment banking group. Aidan began his career at Berkshire Capital Corporation, a New York-based investment bank specializing in providing M&A services to the investment management industry. From 2007 to 2010 Aidan served on the Board of Directors of Highbury Financial, Inc., a publicly traded asset management holding company. Aidan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and a Masters in Business Administration degree in Finance from Columbia Business School.
Christopher Hadley - Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer
Christopher Hadley is an Executive Vice President and Chief Talent Officer. Chris is responsible for formulating the strategy and providing services for acquiring, developing and retaining our talent.
Chris joined OMAM in 2006, and has over 20 years of experience in human resources, specializing in particular in leadership development, organizational culture, succession, talent acquisition, compensation and benefits. Chris was previously the Head of Compensation at Putnam Investments. Prior to joining Putnam, Chris was a Human Resources Manager with Fleet Financial Group, where he started his career. Chris received his BS from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
